@proxos666 my account is over 10 years old, with progress so huge that making new account is really brainless idea and im not gonna make international call for something thats not my fault so no worries.. if it cant be fixed like this im just not gonna play xD thanks for replying tho, have a nice day.

I cannot subscribe i tried 3 times my Swotor Account name is Vulkath i get failed error

there is a known issue with credit cards out of denamrk, best to use that card via paypal 

otherwise link the swtor account to a steam account and purchase via steam

so you suggest i try out paypal? i can do that no problem see if it works im not an expert in paypal tho so i will see how it goes
how do i link my account to steam just in case i need to do that?

I keep getting errors while trying to subscribe.
I use a Ukrainian card, and when I checked with the bank, they said there was an error because EA tried to charge with russian currency, which is blocked in Ukraine; hence the bank rejects such transactions. I haven't found any other way to report it, so I write it here. How do I get EA to charge with normal currency?
Not to mention how ridiculously irritating this situation is considering russian aggression against Ukraine.

if you provide your swtor account displayname i can flag to check the account for issues

not much can be done, likely be ISP based unfortunately  , best to link swtor to steam and purchase via steam

other then that you can try a VPN set it to ukraine and see if it changes to euro

I have similar problem. I couldn't buy a subscription through the website because of the message, i tried via Steam, the purchase was sucesfull but the game still doesn't trat me as a subscriber.

Checking account with support , you will need to email uncropped screenshots per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message using the email address you have used on the swtor account

edit: account has no issues, so you just need to email the screenshots in to get the gametime added

Hello! I tried subscribing on the website (I am US East based) but it says :

There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance.

This is the first time I am having this issue and I was a subscriber before. How should I go about fixing this?

Support are not back here until Thursday , if you provide your swtor displayname, can check with support on the account issue when they are back

you can try to use this link  insert the swtor email into it to try and reset the password on the linked ea account , if your still using the email you used to create the account it should fix it 

if that doesnt resolve it, call swtor support when the lines are open, they can help further

edit: If you cant buy on swtor.com, any steam purchase will fail to add gametime to the account if its disabled for purchasing

no , no gametime can be added to a swtor account when its disabled, that error on swtor.com indicates that is the case 

steam purchases, steam will get the money but it will fail to add the gametime , which cant be added until the account isssue is resolved anyways
