Can't unlink steam account from SWTOR

I too have done this. I've tried to remove the game completely from my account but still hasn't worked. Since the game did just come out on steam this is the only place I've found that has mentioned this problem. Hopefully we can find a solution soon.

Hello. Today I have registered 2 accounts for me and logged in on my Steam with first. But it is not my main account, I want to play on second. Launcher doesn't allow me to log in with second credentials. I want to unlink my Steam account from that first SWTOR account, please help me.

The support page says that we will be able to unlink accounts soon, there isn't an option at the moment, they have a link to the page where we will be able to do so when it is available, but for the current moment we're all outta luck
When it is available (probably check in a few days) the link should be: https://account.swtor.com/user/steam

For the life of me, I've never experience a worse customer service experience than with EA.

I have the same issue and they refuse to even listen to a person - only sending these pre-typed template responses.
