Can't validate the One-Time password because I don't get the email

When I try to log in the game or my account, it said that I need to key in the one-time password and said they send the One Time Password email immediately,I should get it in 15 minutes, but the mail...

    We seem to have resolved the issue now. It may take a few minutes to fully load for everyone, but OTP's should go out again. 

    Be a bit patient as you are probably not the only person trying to log in now, but it should be fixed now.

I'm waiting for my one time password email for over 30 minutes now and as some one else mentioned I get spammed by badges here but what I need isn't appearing.
