Can't validate the One-Time password because I don't get the email

When I try to log in the game or my account, it said that I need to key in the one-time password and said they send the One Time Password email immediately,I should get it in 15 minutes, but the mail...

    We seem to have resolved the issue now. It may take a few minutes to fully load for everyone, but OTP's should go out again. 

    Be a bit patient as you are probably not the only person trying to log in now, but it should be fixed now.

Guys and Gals,

I have been informed if you are in a position to call CS at present they can provide an OTP over the phone to enable login so you can play.

    I use voip myself to call the US from Australia , costs me 3 cents a minute so a 10 - 20 minute call costs me 30 - 60 cents.

        I use the VOIP phone provided by my ISP , I also know Skype for example also charges 3 cents a minute
