Can't validate the One-Time password because I don't get the email

A meme? This is an actual problem for us lol at least for me.

I mentioned it as a place to start, so it cuts down the window of error by letting EA know when the last successful one-time password was and a place to focus their efforts.

I am trying to log into SWTOR since I had to reset my modem. I cannot get the one time password sent to me and have been trying for several hours. It is not my email service since I am receiving other emails and my email service provider has tested the service. What's the problem?

It appears to be an issue on EA's side, Proxos mentioned that it's being looked into.

Either myself or Swtor CS will update this thread once anything further is known on this issue

To mention an alternative  (not that it helps at the moment) if you do not want to wait for OTPs anymore, once this is sorted add a security key to your account, this will grant you 100 cartel coins a month.
