Cartel coin purchace made but failed to deliver

What do you do if your Cartel purchase is made but the items are not received? I purchased my Legacy name title for my account but im still not able to display it on my character.

    I am not familiar if this unlock transfers to the inventory first to be used after claiming or if it is a instant thing.

    If not in the inventory to use, Submit an email to support@swtor.com , provide username and what occurred, can also include a link to this thread.

    if not resolved ok post back for sure.

    Anything bought from the Cartel Market Window will result in an item first being put in your Unclaimed Items, and then when you claim it, it'll end up in your Inventory.

    If there's nothing in your Unclaimed Items or Inventory, and you don't have the Legacy Title option, you can submit an in-game ticket and we'll take a look.

    IIRC it depends what state your account is in, if you are preferred or f2p you need to buy the display legacy name and title from the unlocks first in the cartel market, you then need to claim and use it from the inventory (which works individually or across the account right off) before you can buy titles from the cartel market individually or in packs, otherwise it would be a waste of money.

    If you had a sub before and you had a title and name already on that character before the sub lapsed, after this your character keeps that title and name until you unlock or subscribe again.

    I bought the Legacy sir name display for 200 coins. An item came in the mail and I opened it. I can click to turn on and off the legacy name but it doesn’t change anything on my character. I don’t see it displayed and my friends don’t see it either. Am I doing something wrong? I don’t have the option to open an ingame ticket. Thanks
