I purchased cartel coins nearly a week ago and they show up on swtor account but not in-game please help
Support can see a coin purchase and it is reflected on the swtor account correctly, however that swtor account does not have any characters
Best to call swtor support when the lines are open, they can help you get this sorted
This would tend to say that the account on the website is different to the account ingame , double check the displaynames on both logins
if this is the case if you call swtor support when the lines are open, they should be able to move the coins to the correct account
