changed phone and didn't backup swtorsk

Hello, so recently i decided to came back to play swtor and i went to login in the website page.

I totally forgot that i linked my account to the swtorsk app, has i changed phone i lost the code and now i can't login without it, i tried the guide to recover the account but for me it doesn't show the option "Lost your security key?"-

So at the moment i'm stuck because i can't enter my account.

The only thing i have is the one time password request.
