Character / data recovery

Dearest of EA and BioWare,

In the past I had subscribed myself and found myself enjoying the game, due to personal issues I ended up pausing that led to quitting.

Now, I've noticed that there has been an inactivity wipe - Several returning players have had their characters returned - thus,

I too would like to request an old character to be recovered if possible. I'd very much appreciate it, considering I put money into it.

If that is not possible I'd be more than glad to settle for an alternative solution / compensation, I'd very much like to make a Twi'Lek again.

With hope,

Kristof (Fapling)

If a character has been deleted the only way to get it restored is to submit and in game ticket which requires to be subscribed to do.

When submitting the ticket for the character restore you would need to include the following:

    Character Name
    Server
Date / time character was deleted

Without this information they will not be able to restore the character.

If it's been awhile since you have played you may also want to ensure there isn't a different email you used for your account or display name that the character may be attached to.
  • Truth be told, I don't have that information anymore and if it is deleted after a time of inactivity it is harsh to expect such.

Characters are never deleted due to inactivity. At most the name of the character name may have been taken if the last time you played was before the server merger years ago but other then that, characters themselves aren't.

I would double check to ensure there isn't a different email that may be associated to that account and character. If so I would try to do a forgot your password with any email you may have had to get logged back into that character.

I would also call customer service to see if they can look up the account. You can contact them using the below information:
