Character Locked Out

Hi,

Just started playing and streaming SWTOR and the game crashed mid-mission, now I cannot access my character. I have tried the BitRaider Mini-Support Service workaround, but to no avail. Have I really lost my character, progress and all my items? All I have is player not ready, with Quick Play frozen on 0%.

Items purchased by me or for me are now lost? Any advice would be welcome!
