Character stuck on loading screen - Please teleport to fleet

Hello,

My character "Jan-soren" on the Satele Shan server is stuck on the loading screen. It reaches about 90% and then crashes to desktop every time I try to enter the game. I believe he's in a bugged zone.

Could someone from support please teleport him to the fleet?
