Characters deleted/missing, perferred status gone, account reset as F2P?

You will need to phone them (Link) you will need to verify the account , they should be able to locate the other account for you.

Are you sure you are on the right account? 

I mean a lot of use have two or more,  and after a longer break that can get confusing.
