Question

i formated my computer and when getting the game again i thought to get it on steam because its easyer but i signed in and my characters are gone so i went to my account settings online and it says i have no characters and before you ask yes it is the right server and i have checked them all if anyone knows how to fix it please tell me&nbsp;

You will be logging into a different swtor account by the sounds of it hence no characters

the username that is being used via steam now, login at www.swtor.com under basic information and see when the account was created , you will need to unlink that steam account to link to the correct account
