Charged mutiple times for one item In SWTOR

HelloSo a few days ago I try to buy a 2 month 30$ subscription&nbsp;but every time&nbsp;I had this pop up "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}" and could not get it to work but then later I saw that I was charged three 30$ subscriptions&nbsp;when I only wanted to buy one. It has been a few days now and I just want to cancel these purchases cause they are currently pending. Is there any way this can be fixed? (I didn't receive&nbsp;any subscription on my account either).

Support are processing refunds for all those purchases&nbsp;

they said if you purchase again it should work as intended as they say your account is fine now.

Refunds i would normally expect take 5 -7 working days to process through , if you got one from paypal it was likely a failed transaction

Thought this worked at first cause i got a refund from paypal but turns out I was still charged 60$ however,one of the 30$ charges was refunded but 2 of them still went through..
