The servers and website will be unavailable on Tuesday, November 17th from 5AM to 9AM PST (1PM - 5PM GMT) as we apply Game Update 4.0.2.
This patch is primarily bug fixes, and Patch Notes will be available on Monday.

I just noticed a brand new problem today! I can no longer claim my crystals from collections! Well, it's a bit more complicated than that. It seems that the characters who already had a mint green crystal in their inventory before the patch are fine, but all of my other characters get the message "You are unable to reclaim this," etc. I already purchased the account-wide collections unlock for this crystal a long time ago. It's on my ledger!
I hope they notice my new problem though (above). I already bought the collections unlock. The game doesn't recognize it anymore, but I am not going to buy it a second time.
Today's patch notes seem to address a lot of things, but still not this: I can no longer claim my crystals from collections. See my previous post in this thread about "a new problem".
