Color Crystals Now Require Artifact Equipment Authorization

Is this intended?  I'm currently on a preferred account, and the pink/magenta crystals I unlocked in collections are no longer authorized because I don't have artifact equipment authorization.  Prior...

Something tells me that PS aren't allowed to equip L136 crystals (the ones that you craft).  Had the same problem, had to de-equip a red crystal that I'd crafted and it told me that I had to have artifact authorization to equip it to the new saber. 

Guess I'll have to wait until I sub again.  😕
