Commando's med probe GONE after 4.0a patch

I have a level 14 commando who had just learned medical probe. I was playing with the ability just fine until the 4.0a patch was applied and the ability vanished and I am unable to get it back.

I'm on my Assassins now and I can see the ability force lightning on my bar and ability window.

cheers for checking @aT1C my main nope missing completely my alt's are fine that's my "I'm dieingggggg...no...snap crackles hissss fizzzzzzzzz...pop...wipes hands your done*
