I believe that the resolution was to submit an in-game ticket which you have to be a subscriber to do. You can try to email support@swtor.com if your not a subscriber to see if they can assist you that way.

9 years agoThanks, but I don't think that email works anymore. I emailed them but never got a reply.
Figures that with EA, I have to spend money in order to fix a bug.

Answering takes time, for that mail it can be over an week.
Most find they Items in the Cargo Bays, if they are not in the Inventory or Mail

Here's hoping they reply. I have checked mail/bank/inventory. Some of my characters received companion clothes and others nothing at all. Actually the ones that received the original gear got duplicates items also.
