Conquest point problem

so i've been running HM flashpoints and vetern flashpoints for the past few days to rack up conquest points , when i check my tab i do not see any of the points contributed.

Customer service have never and probably will never grant conquest points....I had multiple requests and I always had the same answer:
they do not have the technical means to do it...
First I have seen of a points issue recently, most recent posts have been about conquest achievements per this link
