I was doing a datacron hunt just now, and I recently got the Aim Endurance datacron after several times glitching annoyingly. Problem is, the achievement "Corellia Datacron Master" did NOT register even though I got ALL of Corellia's datacron. Please fix this!

yes, I did not know the correct name anymore. Have it adapted in my answer.

@RealymanLP and @proxos666 are indeed correct. Go to Achievements -> Location -> Corellia -> Exploration -> Corellia Datacron Master, you'll see that you're missing the Blue Matrix Shard.

When KotFE appeared, the shards were reset (at least for me). That's why you might not had it anymore now.
