 I attempted to purchase a monthly subscription, it refused my CC, it refused my Paypal, then after I bought a non refundable code from amazon it errored on the code now says code has been used.  I sp...
support said there is no issue on the account when checked, although what you described earlier sounded like a disabled account
they also said they do not see an email from you containing the code, once they have that they can add the gametime , best to send from the same email address used on the swtor account you want the gametime added
to whom do I email? how was i supposed to have that information? they specifically have a place on the site for code redemption, and that is what I used. I was unaware I had to email it? no where does it say anything about email or supply an address to me.
