Disconnected BUG

Hi,
After the latest Update 7.8 occurs Disconnected Error, Log -->

2026-01-17T13:51:21.594631 32a8 ERROR Disconnected from shard, failing back to shard select. Disconnect.firestorm.client.OmegaClientApp

2026-01-17T13:51:21.594631 32a8 DEBUG Disconnect invoked with error code DISCONNECTED_FROM_WORLD_SERVER Disconnect.firestorm.client.OmegaClientApp

Details and Log file (from folder swtor\retailclient\swtor\logs ) sent to email support
There is Fix ?

can only suggest standard things to test

remove and re-add exceptions to the antivirus and firewall as these can fail after updates

also if playing via wifi , connect by cable to the router in case its a wifi type issue

you can also try the free trial of a vpn like wtfast and see if disconnects persist as well
