Display legacy name and titles not seen in account

I recently bought the Display Legacy Name and Titles from the Cartel Market, had a balance of 200 coins and later I bought the Display Character Titles for one of my characters, leaving me with a 30 coin balance. The latter I had no problem redeeming but the first doesn't show up on my unclaimed or anywhere in the account. Any help?

    The best thing I can think of is send an email to support@swtor.com (provide username, server and character it was purchased on) also provide the link to this thread so they can see the pics etc.

    I imagine it may take a few days for them to respond.
