DLL error on running game

Hi everyone! I launched the game after quite a long time of inactivity, and after going through the whole update process every time I clicked "play" the launcher would just close. So I reinstalled the entire game (took me the better part of a day) and now I get an api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll error. I'v got all the updates on Windows, and also tried to manually install the MS Visual C++ package (both x86 and x64) but I still get the error. Any thoughts?
