Support have your steam email , however they cant add the gametime due to an account issue
they have asked if you can call them when the lines are open to fix the account issue

@proxos666 i cant call them i live in sweden and its super expensive calling them and i can not afford it, can they maybe refund it so i can buy it through some other way or e mail me through steam or my e mail
try voip or skype it should be cheaper
Swtor cannot refund a steam purchase , that needs to be steam
No gametime can be added to the swtor account zaikaifive from anywhere not codes not steam not swtor.com until the account issue is sortedyou could create a new swtor account and link the steam account to the new swtor account , and resend the screenshots from the new email address

I imagine when support do get to your email in the queue, they will email you asking you to call them
