Swtor cannot refund a steam purchase , that needs to be steam

you could create a new swtor account and link the steam account to the new swtor account , and resend the screenshots from the new email address
@proxos666 i already paid for the subscription now i need to pay to make it work cuz of an account issue? what is the issue why do i need to call to fix it? why cant they take contact through email,i can call them if they pay. if i create a new account i lose my charachters. i have added gametime through EA before so yes i can,if i ask for a refund from steam they tell me to take contact with swtor
I imagine when support do get to your email in the queue, they will email you asking you to call them
