I got a response and it sounds like problem that can only be fixed if you contact them directly, this case is still open and has not been resolved yet but here is part of his response to my email:
"After reviewing this case I believe we are currently investigating why this is happening, it is a weird one as it does not appear that you have a Origin or EA account. If I could request that you sent us a copy of the e-mails you have been receiving just for us to review so we can work towards getting this resolved.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this issue and in addition to this all cases are set to resolved once a response has been sent however if you would like to discuss this case further feel free to respond to e-mail I have forwarded you."
(This is the important part, I left out "greetings" and survey information at the bottom, etc.)
So I got another response.
Short story: They can't help me over email, i'll have to call them which is to much of a hassle for spam mail.
Long story:
The email I received-
"Hi there.
I am Alexandre, from Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ Customer Service.
Thanks for the pictures you have sent.
I have verified that they are legitimate pictures and the email recipient is also legit.
This means you must have an account that was one based on the email adress [edit: email address removed] but no longer is.
You ahev teo options:
-either you can block completely these communications from your outlook directly so they will appear in your spam, as they will be fitered,
or,
-you can also contact directly by phone so we can try t locate that account.

This has unfortunately to be dealt only by phone, as we are delaing we sensitive information.
As always, at BioWare and EA, we strive to provide you with the world's best customer experience for the world's best games. We're always interested in hearing back from you, the player, about your experience with our Game Advisors so that we can improve our service to you.
We would appreciate it if you could take the time to fill out a short survey about your most recent support experience with us. We would greatly appreciate any feedback you may have as we're committed to making sure you always have a personal and positive connection to our game, our people, and our community."
First of all, they tell me to mark emails as spam? so they will be filtered which is fine... I guess...
2nd, they tell me to call them so they can help "locate" my account which is no longer with them. Which can not be done via Email because they are "delaing" sensitive information. In my experience, calling a company for information is the last thing they want for verification because ANYBODY could be on that phone calling for someone else's information whereas email is more secure because only I have access to it, which this is the exact email i'm inquiring about! So none of this makes sense, it's just more obstacles for me to jump through.
It's no big deal, I definitely did not think it was going to be this hard to ask to remove myself from their mailing list especially since I emailed them from that exact email account.
I don't agree with how they handled the situation however, they at least responded and I give them props.
