Email Validation Issue

Hi there, 

I have a different ''problem/question''. And I am new on forum (and MMORPG in general).

I was wondering how many time it take to get a confirmation of my email adresse to be able to play again? I created my account 24h hours ago, and my game is locked until my account is confirmed.  I received a email of confirmation, but when I'm cliking in, it's wroten that (sorry for my bad translation) ''A problem have occured. Your account haven't been confirmed. You shall try again or contact with us if not working.''  
I cliked a few time.  Still not workin'. Shall I call or is there an other less expensiv ay to contact them (if it is necessary)? Thank you so much!

    Most issues of this sort when using an email address that has been used with another EA Account at some point

    Try using a different email address (that has never been used on any EA account) altogether on that account first.

    @proxos666thanks for your quick answer. 

    It is actually my first time on EA as well.  I first didn't received any email from SWOR with the first email that I've used, so I switch for an otherone that actually receive the emails. 

    Stills not working.

    Hey there , i have a problem too , see , i was playing on my pc yesterday with my swtor account , but today when i logged , they told me that they´ve sent a One time password to the mail , the problem is that i dont remember the pass or the mail , since i logged yesterday after a long period of non playing swtor , im using this alt account , the display name of the account is "Owenreki" , i have the information about what i redemmed yesterday and the code , so you can prove im the owner of that account , i guess i posted something similar in another post , but this way seems to be the faster one , tyvm

    Also when i tried to log via the website there was a meesage that said " sorry , we do not recognize the coputer you are using " , so i reversed the pc to a restauration point , but still the same
