Forum Discussion
Just as a general rule of thumb, never post personally identifiable information (names, addresses, billing or financial information, etc) in a public forum. I've removed one screenshot and the transaction information.
First thing I'd do is make sure the details of the card on your account match exactly what the card issuer has set up, including the billing address. If they all match perfectly, you can give us a call so we can take a closer look.

Unfortunately an in-game ticket or the swtor.com forums would not be able to assist with this issue since it's related to payment.
Since your in Russia the number you would call is :
8442030141826*
You may also use Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services like Skype, Viber, or Google Voice, to call Customer Service, regardless of where you are calling from.
International calls made using VoIP are generally far less expensive than calls made from a mobile phone or landline.
Open the VOIP program or app of your choice, then:
If you’re calling for support in English:
- Set your country to the UK.
- Dial 0203 014 1826.

I contacted our payment support. We are waiting for confirmation from the SWTOR.COM.
Unfortunately, since I can't get in touch because of financial problems, I have to wait up to 45 days for the money to come back. No one in this does not want to help, and it only takes one person with a subscription to write in the forum about my problem with a link on my nickname.I will be glad to help any volunteers.. I hope someone will do a good deed. I would be very grateful! (
