I am returning to play SWTOR but notice that any of my older characters don't have the Founder Title and after creating a new character they also don't receive the title by mail.
I check and the account was created in 2011 as I partake in the test.
And also check the date when the game was added to Origin and was April 2012 and even show the key number of the product.
This tile was removed or my account has some problem?
my understanding the Window to earn the Founder title expired on 19-March 2012

So how do you earn the “Founder” title? This reward is only available to players who have completed either one of the following transactions (by March 19th, 2012, 12:01AM EST; Pacific: March 18th, 9:01PM PST; European: 4:01AM GMT, 5:01AM CET):

Because I buy the game during that period and my characters have that title.
But now I am returning to the game and both older characters and new ones don't have the title.
I remember that you receive an item in the format of a coin and when you use they give you the title.
There is another reward from that time, a mascot Tautam, this reward I am receiving by mail when I create a new character but not the founder item.

The game was launch on dec/11 and see in the forums that the duration was 90 days to get the title (end on March 19th) and I buy it in April 2012.
That is weird I do remember to have characters with the title and remember to use the item, trying to find some screenshot from the past but long time prob deleted.
Maybe I receive it by mistake after the beta phase ended.
