Free char and tokens 60 from CM still buged.
Tokens 60 and Free Char level to 60 doesn't works. They start at fleet at lvl 1. Delete and create again the character doesn't fix it for me.

Might be a good idea to submit an in-game ticket as not everyone is experiencing this. Hopefully they come out with a fix soon. 🙂
I've submited 4 tickets. Still waiting a valid answer from last tuesday.
