Free char and tokens 60 from CM still buged.
Tokens 60 and Free Char level to 60 doesn't works. They start at fleet at lvl 1. Delete and create again the character doesn't fix it for me.

Bought a Level 60 character token today and redeemed it. Didn't even give me the option to create a new level 60 character. Submitted a bug report, but I am wary.
