Free char and tokens 60 from CM still buged.
Tokens 60 and Free Char level to 60 doesn't works. They start at fleet at lvl 1. Delete and create again the character doesn't fix it for me.

I have the exact same issue. I have only been waiting 2 days though with an open ticket. Hopefully they will get round to sort this out soon.
