Frozen Peaks Lifter mount not applied to all characters in Legacy

I apologize for the very long delay in a response.  Were able to get this figure out?  If not from what I searched you have to tried to redeem it on other characters by going into the Y achievements window, finding that achievements and then right clicking the mount to add it to that character's ability list?
