Game routinely crashes after hitting play on launcher. Sometimes it takes 10 tries before the game loads. The loading screen comes up I start to hear game sound and it returns me to desktop with no error message at all.
I would like get a sub to this game but cannot because it will not boot reliably.

Also have you run a repair on the game files per this link ?
I did use the repair function it did not correct the issue.
