Game gets stuck in loading screen upon launching

Hello, I haven't played SWTOR in some time and recently tried playing again. I updated my game and clicked launch however my game is stuck at a continuous loading screen and I cannot reach server/ch...

Hello,

I have tried everything on that guide but nothing has seemed to work. Clean boot, updating the ini file. I talked to support on the phone and sent off my dxdiag as well as everything else they've asked for
