Game gets stuck in loading screen upon launching

Hello, I haven't played SWTOR in some time and recently tried playing again. I updated my game and clicked launch however my game is stuck at a continuous loading screen and I cannot reach server/ch...

I'm not sure what I did but I was able to select one of my characters and play today
