Best advice I can give is try this on a different computer, I have made the assumption that the person you are talking to is watcher 2 ?
yeah it is watcher 2 or watcher 1, i cannot remember. the game doesnot freeze, when his hlogram comes up he is moving like holograms do, but he just stares at me and says nothing.
I have seen this quite a number of times before , only some seem to get this , it is one of the oldest issues with the game.
If you do happen to have a second system , or access to a friends system with the game on it , login and see if it proceeds.
Wish I could offer more on this , only other way is to sub for a month, and submit a ingame ticket to get the convo moved forward
