Game will not launch

Hi all, I know this seems to be a common problem, but the game will not launch for me. I have installed directly from the site, as well as from steam and I get the same error. I can install it and log in, but when I press the play button, it bring up a loading screen and gets stuck there. I have a brand new PC with Windows 11 that is more than capable of running the game, and I have all the relevant drivers installed. I've gone through the many discussions here but I can't seem to find anything that is fixing the issue, any help would be massively appreciated! TIA.
