Game won't start after pressing play button

Hello, i have problem with launcher. When i clicking on "play", nothing happens. Screen doesn't darker and process doesn't appear in task manager. I've tried disable firewall, reinstall the game and video card's drivers, verified integrity of game files many times. All of these doesn't work.

I have latest versions of Visual C++ and DirectX and start game by steam.

@proxos666 So, I reinstalled Windows and the game started working again. It's sad, but the only solution is reinstallation. Thanks for trying to help.

It could be a hardware issue , given there appears to be some relation to the video card , see if you can borrow a video card to test with , even say at a computer shop.

@proxos666 Maybe, but I don't think the problem is with the video card, as it works fine in other games. Later I will try to reinstall Windows, maybe it will help.
