Hello I never done this before but I dont know where to turn lol I have tried every forum from swtor community reddit and god knows what else and the ingame help which they threatened me by banning me if i dont stop sending in help request? how is that right when i Pay 80 bucks every 6 months? A lot of people are probably gonna troll this page i am writing but i dont really care is what i do care about is being treated as if we are trash the people who actually dump money into this game to keep it alive. An i know well then why do you do it? same reason you enjoy the things you enjoy. But the ingame support treats us like trash which is understandable sometimes but thats not the point it shouldnt happen. Now I have a few concerns which that is one of them and i really dont know how to go about to get them resolved but my main question is why do people who subscribe who pay alot of mony every month, cppl months and half a year still not able to get the full swtor experience? some content is locked from ever being shown again items are no obtainable so on and so forth it really sucks that we are limited because we didnt subscribe during certain months my account was locked for sooo long because i couldnt get help with unlocking it for years cause there was really know help section and what have you some of us where deployed etc but still pour money into the game and yet we still cannot get the full swtor experience and yeah people are gonna say "sucks too be you douchbeg" and what have you. But it doesnt have to be that way All i would really want is a few CM market releases of some weapons i.e nico's blasters or something also busted my but in pvp for season 9 which i hated cause it was a rough environment harrassed called names everything under the sun and because we arent good enough or whatever these people even though arent game devs/ managers it feels like they control the entire game just through word of mouth so one has to constantly not me just s1 ik change theyre toon name everytime something is bad put out about them off topic anyways i purchased a title and know i purchased weapom lock boxes and tucked them away for when i wanted to use them well turns out gone idk what happend just logged in 1 day and boom and a bunch of chargted matter and my weekly rewards gone from the week b4 idk what happened usually if something is misplaced itll show up in the mail we didnt and now i cant get season 9 stuff no more and swore i had them atleast 1 but cant expect swtor help to help 1 person cause so many right? But my main concern is the full swtor experience why cant we all have an equale share of the rewards in the game especially the ones who pay alot of money to play get the full benefit as a comunity instead of a sellect few who are selling their accounts on whatever website you know and like i said probably get alot of negatve feed back here so thank you for your time.
