Graphical glitching...

Anyone else getting all glitched when looking at the character menu?

Also it happens when decorating my strongholds...

My computer info: Compaq computer that was made when Vista was new...

Operating System: windows 10 32 bit, 64 bit processor

Graphics: NVIDIA 197.45 version

    Overheating is a side effect of dust and thermal paste issues yes, but it is never always a slow and gradual process that allows you to in every case see it going.

    umm yes that would certainly be something to change 'native' is always best.. 75Hz would be a nice place to start.

    Wow that's a whole lot of something special going on there.

    Likely cause, time to open up your case and do some maintenance... some light cleaning of all the cobwebs, a little re-greasing  of some fans I would expect... removing cat and dog hair from the grills of your video card, and then importantly changing out the thermal paste for your CPU and Video Card.

    If all this scares you, take it to the shop and give it some love

    Well, it could use a tune up, but it isn't overheating...

    I would like to add that my monitor is a Dell E196FP 75Hz, but I'm running at 60Hz in game widow-mode... 

    Is that a problem?

    Works! Mostly, only the mini map get it though...
