Graphics Bug - Black Splotches on Characters

So a new bug cropped up with te latest upgrade.  All my characters in the game have these constantly moving random little black splotches (they even look a bit like bugs) all over them.  A screen sho...

    Not just driver 372.54 but with the newer 372.70 also
