By the way,there is another solution to the update:
right mouse click on game shortcut and select "open file location"
open the launcher.settings file in notepad and locate the below line and edit to the below
SAVE the changes.
Delete the BitRaider, Movie and Asset folders then start the launcher. (Even if I'm not so sure about this...)
This should start the download without Bit Raider...My problem is that when the game is updated it freeze during the loading screen causing a modification to my screen resolution...and even task manager can't help me shut down the game.
I disconnected 6 times and changed back my screen resolution only to find myself too much angry😠 and wihout a clue...
When the resolution changes press the ALT + Enter Keys
Thanks...but you are missing the point.
I'm not complaining about the resolution...but about the freezing.
I've even spent 50 euros to buy new characters and slots...I would like to enjoy them...I hope you understand.
PS:I've followed every instruction of the guide...but nothing 😞
It isn't uncommon that when the game resolution is changed and the loading screen never progresses , pressing ALT + Enter keys should move the game to window mode which may allow the game to load correctly, then setting the ingame settings again sorts things for good.
