Have not played in years

I haven't played the game in years and no longer have access to the old email associated with my SWTOR account. I did have 2FA but no longer have access to that as well since it was a old phone from years ago as well. With the new changes, expansions and move to DX12 I'm wanting to play again and see how it is and play with friends but since I don't have access to my old account recoveries it's making things difficult. I had Cartel coins from the times I was subbed as well as from the 2FA and don't want to loose access to what I had purchased at the time. Is there anyway to help me out or am I screwed and have to start from scratch? The AI chat bot did NOT help any and would rather deal with a person. Thank you.
