Heads not loading- HELP

Hi.

This is my first time playing SWTOR, and other than KOTOR 1&2 I haven't played any other video games so I'm very lost. I have been trying to create a character but none of the heads are loading! I have verified the integrity of the files through Steam, and have tried restarting probably 100 times. Please help!!!!
