I can't talk in SWTOR it only tells me I'm squelched. I need help, what do I do reply ASAP please.

Use less Caps would be an good start.
Squelched means you are block from chat for an certain Time, should be 24h to 72h.
This is an automated process against Spam. You may have annoyed a few people in chat or posted too Fast.
