Help untie my card

Hi, I have a problem. I used to play this game, but now there is no time. They are trying to charge money from my card, but I cannot cancel the subscription. There is no button in the account setting...

I bought 30 days on the game site, not through Steam. There is no cancellation button, but they are trying to withdraw money.
