Help!!!

I have a big problem with cutscenes in SWTOR.
In most cutscenes, for example Chapter 9 KOTET or War For Iokath, the scene freezes, nothing happens, and after a while the game turns off. I am asking for help, because I can do nothing and "I'm standing still". If it is related to graphics settings, please help, because I do not know if I have optimal for my computer - COMPAQ Presario CQ56 - 297 GB (91 GB free), 3 GB RAM,
graphics card - 893 MB graphics memory - AMD Radeon
My current image settings:

[Renderer]
AllowColorRemapping = false

doBlobShadows = true
doShadows = false
EnableBloom = false
FullScreen = false
GraphicsDeviceId = 38674
GraphicsQuality = 6
Height = 750
NativeHeight = 768
NativeWidth = 1366
PerfTestFlags = 524562

WindowX = 0
WindowY = 0
CodeVersionChanged = false
LastCodeVersionRun = 1
DYDDrawDistancePreset = 0

Please help!!

    Can you test the below and see if any change

    [For others this is only to be used for a 32bit OS NOT for a 64 bit OS]

    To enable
    1.Right-click Command Prompt in the Accessories program group of the Start menu. Click Run as Administrator.
    2.At the command prompt, enter "bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVa 3072"

    (minus the " ")
    3.Push Enter key and Restart the computer.

    To disable after testing the game if no affect
    1.Right-click on Command Prompt in the Accessories program group of the Start menu. Click Run as Administrator.
    2.At the command prompt, enter "bcdedit /deletevalue IncreaseUserVa"
    3.Push Enter Key and Restart the computer.

  • I can't start these chapters because when my cinematic starts, my game turns off after 5 minutes of cutscene or turns off immediately.

    @Aganovya

    The only thing you can try is see if a non streaming install (See this Link) stops this occurring.

    The game i presume is simply closing with no error at all , this is due to the 32 bit OS it is running out memory, the command should of helped so not 100% sure why it is still closing.

    The only 100% way I know to stop this is to run the game on a 64bit OS instead of a 32bit OS.

    This is not a fault of the system but swtor is skating past memory usage requirements for a 32 bit application on a 32bit OS, 64 bit OS does not have this issue.

    I tried to start chapter again and cutscenes run. They run very slow, but I'm satisfacted. I didn't try to complete others chapters and War for Iokath, but I hope it'll be work too.
