I have a simple problem, after I was changing my outfit the hide helmet bugged and I am unable to turn it off, so I am stuck with it permanently off as I am free to play, I have never had a sub. Any...
I would email support@swtor.com with your character name, server, what happened and ask to see if they can change it back for you if the above suggestion doesn't working. If they are not able to resolve the issue the only other option would be to purchase the hide helmet unlock via the cartel market or the GTN for your character or account in order to change the setting.
